Button was 26.4/18.5/3.77 and he had been stealing blinds with a wide range of hands.

I'm mostly concerned with the river bet. Should I check/call here instead? Check/fold?

After he shows weakness by checking the turn you need to see a showdown and the best way to do it is by check/calling. A better hand (including AQ/AK) won't fold here, and a worse hand might bluff it. Plus by checking you prevent yourself from folding to a bluff raise.

I'd check/call the river.

Flop raise looks like either a weak pair, or a flush draw. Appears more to be a flush draw when turn is checked through. If this is the case, he's not going to call you with just a broker flush draw, so you're better off trying to induce a bluff. On the other hand, you may get a free showdown if you're behind.

Note: when you are actually playing this hand, we don't have the benefit of knowing ahead of time that Button calls your bet. ... this makes it seem more like a weak pair - to which you lose. And even if you were called by a worse hand, this won't happen enough to make the play profitable in the long run.
