Do you fold a flush HU?

Villain checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets t400</font>, Villain calls t400.

Turn: (t1200) 7/images/graemlins/heart.gif <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Villain checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets t600</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Villain raises to t2800</font>, Hero ?

Villain has been playing pretty conservatively. I've been beating up on him for the past several hands. He's folded most hands on the flop.

So here, I was surprised that he called my flop bet. He usually folded at this point. Then his big raise on the turn was another surprise.

If I fold, I'm still in ok shape with T2930 in chips. (I started HU with T1680 so this isn't awful.)

But can I really give him credit for a flush here?

I'm all-in here. Might be the wrong play, but I think it's more likely he's protecting a good A than fast-playing a good/great flush. If 7 of the 8 cards that have been dealt to the board and players are hearts, so be it. You win some, you lose some.
