Big Stack was playing tighter than he should be as a big stack, and had actually folded my blind to me once.

My question is this: Whats my equity in this situation assuming the big blind goes in every single time with any random two. I have no idea how to do the math on that :/

Bugger sorry I thought you were the BB.. ok this is very similar to the other hand and I would simply call.. if BB folds though get the hell out of there on the flop unless I hit a set..

I would have done that if the BB was already all in, but he wasnt....

I dont know if you can say for 100 % certainty that a savvy BB would go all in with any 2 for 90 chips. I sure as hell wouldnt if I had 92o and saw a guy go all in for the remainder of his chips.

Which brings up just flat calling. Again, the same situation applies. As a small stack, if I had total crap, Im folding again. Then, Im screwed with JJ What happens if a overcard falls (40% of the time). Check meekly and fold with my mere 330 chips?

Unless you can convince me the BB is gonna go all in a substantial amount of the time to make this all in profitible, Im folding.

Well, sure, but you're calling 450 to win 1050 with no risk of going bust unless the flop is favorable, so that surely makes it an odds call, considering the next hand the 96 chips guy will be in SB anyway.. it just seems wrong to fold the 4th best hand here, and a flat call may well spook the big stack as well?

IMO flat calling is a good option.

Pretty much what I was thinking. The big stack will not be spooked though, not with more than %50 of the chips in play in his stack. It's also worth mentioning that even if you end up all-in and losing, the big blind must beat the big stack to get 3rd.
