I don't play a lot of straight high, but that looks pretty good to me. I like the bet on fourth since no one appears to have caught anything too threatening.

Since the Ace folded does anyone see this as a very good completion because Hero's pair outs for his King are live (eights are live as well).

3rd - call or raise either will do. But I like the raise.

4th - I don't like this bet. It isn't terrible. But I don't like it. When seat 6 picks up a suited card after limp/calling I would be inclined to take a free card if possible

1. You don't have a great hand
2. If seat 6 has either a pocket pair of a deadish 4 flush he isnt going anywhere on 4th.
3. I'd like to keep the pot small incase I catch a scare card or if I brick and I need to bail.

Other than that I think this is fine. But you have to wonder if Seat 6 would have folded 5th if the pot was smaller.

beta is representing a big pocket pair. There are a few clubs gone. The other guy is showing 49o. I think that betting fourth will enable beta to buy the pot on fifth often enough that he should do it. I like the way he played this hand.
