The stop and go is always confusing isn't it?

I think you played it fine until the river. Calling there is better than raising, mainly because that 3-bet means you're always boned.

hey bro-

just call the river. you win one bet when your ahead, but lose two when your behind. whole the 6 can help you, it probably hurts you more often.

A pair of aces is still just a pair.

I would call the turn 3bet and call the river bet thinking Im beat. Is that just weak?

No no no, what are you doing? That was my first reaction to this after seeing your river raise. If he is a decent player and has two pairs, he will know that the 6 counterfeited his two pair. His river bet is for value, for the love of god don't raise the river, just call. He has a full house or a straight and you are screwed, but not as often as the pot odds you are getting, so call.
He KNOWS that you have a big pair or AK, still he 3-bets the turn and bets the river.
