Adjusting to different payouts

Hypothetically speaking, if you were entered into a SNG with a buyin of $100, and the payout structure was flat for the top 5 spots, ie 1st-5th got $200, what kind of adjustments would you make compared to standard Party strategy? I'm making the assumption that even the donks are going to be playing tighter from the get-go since they know they would only need to coast into 5th.

I found a million posts debating whether the steps are a rake trap, whether they are worth playing, etc, and about 0 posts talking about general strategy adjustments.

Sorry, found one post about the mini step 2s that said you should play for 5th, then play for second when you get down to 5.
