Not sure theres much demand for this really but:
If you want to change the layout at Prima to another Prima's layout you can do that by replacing the x:\ - \<primaskin>mpp\<primaskin>\Table2\ (and \table5, \table6, \table8, \table10) folder with the ones from the other skin.
Not sure if it works for every skin but I changed from ladbrokes (which actually isnt Prima, but they use the same software) since I think the table layout there is much better compared to Bet Hold'em (which is where I play)
