Wanted to log more than 10k hands before a stat check up but was very unhappy with my win rate after 10k. I think I need to defend blinds more and be more aggresive on river. Any help appreciated.

preflop looks good. you can defend more as your said in both the sb and BB.

your aggression factors on all streets looks low. the river is pretty bad. mine is 1.5 and thats low. value bet more.

i would guess you're not getting enough value out of your winning hands.

You're kinda tight-weak. Definitely not aggressive enough postflop. You need to defend your blinds preflop more, just doing that will probably move your VPIP and PFR up a notch. Go to showdown a little more, not too much.

Definately defend your blinds more- but mostly your postflop aggression is to low- it looks like your WTSD is fine, so you must be calling down to much, and not raiseing enough. Raise more. Try some things out with position- make sure that you aren't only raising top pair on the flop- sometiems you want to be bumping mid pair so you can check behind on the turn or river (depneding on reads, board texture ect). putting more pressure on your opponents on the flop and turn makes playing later streets much easier.

Check out the positional stats. I bet you're losing from the blinds more than you should.

Grossly insufficient sample size! You're talking about his win rate over about 2000 BB or SB hands.
