I tried doing 16 SNGs at once last night. I think I'll stick to 12 in future.

WOW!! That's crazy! Here's a dumb question, how do I make the tables smaller so I can fit 4 onto my 17 inch screen without overlapping? Is it possible?

You need a display that does 1600x1200 resolution. Check the zoo for more info on that kinda thing.

Lost $55 (16 $50s) and timed out about 55 times /images/graemlins/smile.gif. 12 is a lot more manageable and also lets you keep the lobbies, spreadsheets, AIM, etc. open on the other monitor, making it quite a bit easier. I'm sure it also gets better as you get used to it.

If you've got an LCD 17", it won't do 1600x1200, so you won't be able to fit 4 with no overlap. If you've got a CRT 17" it should do it. To change your resolution, right click on your desktop, then choose properties. Click on the Settings tab and move the scroller over in the Screen Resolution area.

I have an LCD. Guess I'll just have to manage overlapping. I haven't had much of a problem multi-tabling like this up to 6 tables. Is it A LOT easier when you don't overlap?

Yeah, no overlap is goot. It's worth it to get a bigger display that will do 1600x1200, I think. People will tell you to get a Dell or somethin, but this (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16824116285) is the best display ever. Pick up one of those, and put two tables on your 17" one. You'll have so much fun.

But again, the zoo is your source for all this info.

Yeah pergesu, that's the one i've got 4 of up there. Unfortunately my cell camera is absolutely awful and it's impossible to read that. Right after I bought them I noticed Dell had a great deal where they were only $520.

Edit: looks like it's still on sale. Check out this link (http://www.edealinfo.com/DDCateg/monitors.shtml#050604D12).

This monitor was also about 1K 1 year ago.

What stand are you using to hold all four of those?

Ergotron's. I got it at CDW (was able to pick it up since the CDW store is nearby). Viewsonic actually sells the same one without the Ergotron logo for $80 or so more.

those viewsonics like you have there are particulary neat. you can turn them to a portrait format, play 4 games on 2 and have room for notepad and all your other gear. i do digital fine arts, put the image surface on one and all the tools and stuff on the other.....the setup has a lot of uses.............h
