Fish on button open limps, I complete in sb with Q7o, fish in BB raises, button calls, I fold

Is this correct? What kinds of hands are in the "complete/fold if bb raises" category assuming unknown BB?

Related thread above, "but 75s is not "competing" with his (high?) cards" as quoted from the thread, but Q7 could well be.

So FWIW id fold Q7 to the raise.
