Went to the A's game tonight with Sucker. The A's suck but I did catch my first foul ball ever. Mark Kotsay was the batter so that made it extra cool. Check one more box on my "things to do in this life" list.

Well played. I've caught a foul grounder before, but I don't think that's as cool as catching one on the fly.

I do have one that my dad caught when I was a kid, which is for some reason, autographed by Deacon Jones.

Sweet. I plan on taking my kid to games early and being there for batting practice so he and I can chase balls down before the game. One of my buddies caught a Mark Mcguire BP HR that actually had the Louisville Slugger emblem tatooed onto it.
