ya, i know, probably fold this preflop with only 1 caller (assumed BB would play, so two callers.

I'd like to know what I could have done on each street.

Here's the play:

UTG calls (usually plays passive after flop, checks, but doesn't call or bet much.) All fold to the Hero (in small blind with 5/images/graemlins/spade.gif5/images/graemlins/heart.gif). Hero calls. BB checks

FLOP
9/images/graemlins/diamond.gif3/images/graemlins/heart.gifQ/images/graemlins/heart.gif

I see a straight draw and flush draw. Betting to avoid giving free cards. (what about checking, and if UTG check the flop, bet the turn when a blank hits?)

TURN
9/images/graemlins/diamond.gif3/images/graemlins/heart.gifQ/images/graemlins/heart.gif7/images/graemlins/spade.gif

Nice turn card. I could still be ahead. UTG only called the flop, could have nothing, or a draw.

RIVER
9/images/graemlins/diamond.gif3/images/graemlins/heart.gifQ/images/graemlins/heart.gif7/images/graemlins/spade.gif8/images/graemlins/heart.gif

GASP! The dreaded 8 of hearts! The straight AND flush card hits the river!

UTG bets (maybe he was slowplaying this hand.)
Hero folds. </font>

The pot is small. I typically check/fold the flop here.

There's 39848792384 cards you don't want to see on the turn or river.
