Tracking hands played at Interpoker.....easiest and cheapest way?

Hey guys, I've never played around with the poker tracking software and really don't know what I'm doing. All I'm really looking for is something that will tell me how many raked hands I played at Interpoker, while I'm playing 3 tables.

Is there something out there free that I can download?
