The fact that UTG realizes CO is an idiot makes it a nice play IMO. But the fact that UTG limped w/AQ makes me think he might be an idiot thats not capable of such an expert river play. Not sure, my vote is for expert play.

To the OP: I would give this a 80% shot of stupidity and a 20% shot of collusion. Wouldn't hurt to send it in to party.

Lol. Some more solid advice. Here are the following hands that the hero CAN'T beat: KK, JJ, 88, 77, KJ, K8, J8, 87, 8xs. If you honestly think that the CO will normally 3bet anything that doesn't beat one pair in a 20/40 game...I am sorry...

That looks pretty suspicious to me. A check 3 bet river bluff with that board against 2 players including a player betting the whole way is beyond stupid.

IF it was collusion, wouldn't he have folded to the 3 bet once they had hero out?

Maybe it's stupid collusion.

Nope, not kidding. CO called 2 with K3o, therefore CO is a donk and a half. If CO is a super aggressive donk that likes to bluff raise the river a lot, it may be a good spot to raise (I doubt that it is but I'm too lazy to work out some calculations). I shouldn't have said i think its expert because I'm not sure, but I do see how UTG could think this is a good spot to raise so I don't think its collusion based on just this hand. I have made plays similar to this before against super donks.

Stupid? probably. Expert? Maybe. Collusion? Don't think so.
