Everyone who plays Party 2-4 knows this situation: you find a loose-passive table, joint he wait list, and several hands after sitting down, the table becomes tight-weak as hell. Many a blind were stolen. That's where I was when I decided to raise ATo.

MP3 is very loose and somewhat aggressive. He may play any two cards, but he tightens up on later streets. SB is tight and passive.

I think you need to bet the turn. You said he tightens up on later streets so bet with your good draw.

I agree. Other than an A or T, this is the best possible card for your hand. If your opponent may fold (which it sounds like you think he might), this is the perfect time to semi-bluff.

If you're checking the turn it should be with the intention of raising.

There was a similar thread in mid/ high (by CDC) with a turn nutter and someone made the same comment. A c/r at 30/60 would be okay, although betting is probably better. At 2/4, a c/r against an LP is absurd. Stop trying to act cool and think about it.

Oh yeah, just bet the turn.

I'm not trying to act cool. I gave the only reason why a turn check makes sense. I didn't say he should check the turn. Check your reading comprehension.

No one who trades high yield calls them junk bonds, dipshit.
