Somewhat spammy I suppose, but since there has been a lot of chatter (and TStoneMBD is offering cash, scouting new sites, pulling his hair out with GT+ runtime errors, etc.) Amir posted an emergency patch that fixes PV and seems to be working for me on Eurobet just fine.
