Setting Limits for a session

What do people set as their limits for losing as well as winning? No joke the other day I was up a 100bb on ONE TABLE over 3 hours. I thought that it was time to quit, or if i am rushing why leave?!?! 25 bb per table either up or down a good rule? 50 up 25 down?

Play as long as you think you still have +EV for sitting at a table. Don't have a stop/loss or stop/win rule.

Why quit if you are winning? I'd think you'd wanna keep playing as long as you think you can keep winning, or are tired or have something else to do...

Most players would probably benefit from quitting when they're down x big bets, maybe 50.

I don't know of any winning players that should quit while they're winning.
