How could this not be standard?

Is there actually any need to discuss this?

Sounds like a dream hand where you could not have possibly put more money into the pot :/

sure it was a dream hand buuuuuuuuuuuuut I lost the guy in the BB had 10,10

I posted this because I wondered if anyone could sniff out the set over my set...I actually began to think at some point that the SB may have the 10,10 or the JJ..(sb had AJ)... but seeing how it's all standard and all..... /images/graemlins/grin.gif my guess is we all lose a lot of money on that hand.... and none of us can walk away from it.

You'll have to explain to me how a set beats quads... Paradise poker does save hand histories don't they? Use them - and the convertor!

So, seriously, you didn't notice the pile of chips sliding across your screen to you?

Hey Schmed, I hate you for making any money here. By the way, perfectly played.

Is there a question here? Looks like you got the max number of bets you could on every street.

One of the worst posts I've ever seen on this site. No suits posted, wrong turn card.

PWNED.

I don't play it any differently.

Edited to add: especially since the hand aggressor is short-stacked. He could be playing high-card (or nothing), just hoping you'll fold and knowing if you don't he'll leave for the day.

In all fairness, suits aren't particularly relevant to the hand, so it's fine if he doesn't post them (he did note that the flop was a rainbow). The post itself is fairly uninteresting, however. You know the saying, if you make a set and lose and don't lose a lot of money, you didn't play it right.

Easy there n00b....

Although, I will say for a 1000+ post member - this is pretty ugly. Shame on you!! /images/graemlins/grin.gif

He did include the "r" after the flop indicating 3-of-a-suit (rainbow flop). Not posting suits on the turn/river indicated irrelevance to me.

Given that you didn't have quads, you still played the hand fine. Never worry about set over set. It happens once in a blue moon, and it's seeing monsters under the bed that aren't really there.
