How often does he fold to 3-bets? If he's calling a 3-bet almost no matter what, then a turn 3-bet is good.

If he still check-raises you on the river after that, you can just call it.

Im not sure about the river 3bet though- hes C/R the turn and the river, id probably start to slow down after the river C/R and just call. The River C/R could mean anything though. This guys sounds like a real dick.
