Looks good to me. When BB call/3bets you're probably either against a flush draw or behind; capping also seems good as you've got plenty of overlay for the times you are behind.

When the flush comes, the turn check is good based on BB's flop play.

River is standard.

Bet the turn and fold to a raise. Sure, the BB's flop play seems like a flush draw, but if you're planning on calling a non-heart river (which I imagine you are), it seems better to put that same bet in on the turn to make single hearts pay.

When he call/3bets the flop, if he's not on a flush draw what do you put him on that you could possibly be ahead of?

There's no sense in betting the turn, if you are very likely behind, which you are.

so are you suggesting hero simply checks the turn and folds any non-heart river for one bet? that seems far too weak. I'm not a fan of giving free cards on 3-flush boards, and if you're raised you can fold. yes the call 3-bet is often a flush draw, but this is party after all, it can be any number of hands. I'd rather find out on the turn for one bet than give a free card to a single heart.
