There exist a few poker games for the Xbox: "World Championship Poker", "High Rollers Casino", and a few more on the way, like "Stacked" and "World Poker Tour 2K6". And there are likely many more I haven't listed, due to poker's popularity.

I beleive most/all of them support Xbox Live play against other people, but it's obviously just play money. Would you play such a product? I would assume no: 2+2ers are probably not the target market for these, since we can like, make actual money and stuff. So who is playing these products? High scool kids? Can you venture a guess as to what these users would want?

Finally, would you have any advice for someone making an Xbox poker game?

real money on an XBOX? It'll never happen until congress addresses the legal implications of online gambling. Whenever it does happen, however, I'd bet those will be the softest ... games .... ever. I'd buy an XBOX just to play them.

Moreover, Microsoft would never allow it.

I do not want to sound like a fan boy for Daniel N., but Stacked looks to be the front-runner. Combining young, easily recognizable players and integrating Poki is a huge advantage for the game.

Disclaimer: I'm not affiliated with any of these companies...I’m just an XBOX freak.
