I went and chased this post down because I had to find out why he was pink. And then I find it's just the new mods messing with us.

It was locked because it was a duplicate thread of one already on page one. In fact, the orginal thread was probably in the top 10 of page 1.

It may have been a mistake to start the thread, but it is a bigger mistake to lock it. Other than obvious spam threads, I would hope locking is used sparingly in the tradition of Mat (like when there are 400 replies).

Man colors are cool, but that pink is showing up made bright and it hurts my eyes. Whah, Whah, I know, but do you think you can dull it down just a tad so it's not quite as bright??

Alright steve, fun is over. If you want you can start a petition and if mat ok's it I'll change it back. It seems like the name change has been rather popular so I wouldn't be surprised if mat does turn a blind eye. Still, this is my first day as a mod and I'm not going to push anything.
