Villians are both LP.

1. Should I raise the flop? At the time, I thought that I would raise the turn no matter what it was. Looking back, I'm not so sure.

2. What's your move on the turn?

I'd like a raise of the flop. That way, if it comes back 2 cold to you on the turn you can fold more safely. You may be looking at a flush here or a set here, but QJ and KK are also likely. You have good outs against QJ, and have KK dominated. Given your line, the fold on the turn is good

I think you need to put in a raise on that flop. I don't think you should assume he has QQ/JJ or QJ (AK, AQs, AJs, KJs, KK are all also possible) If he 3-bets you, then you probably can fold the turn UI. You might have also allowed yourself to call one bet on the turn by doing this (if it slowed down UTG+2, so that you did not have to CC)

raise the flop and go from there.

it's entirely likely UTG+2 is either value betting his top pair (trying, maybe, to discourage raggedy clubs) or his flush draw. that turn raise worries me though. MP2 cold-called twice, so we may be looking at QQ, but something tells i'd end up paying to see it.

raise the flop, though.

Raise the flop.

As played, this is a clear turn fold.

I don't understand why this is a clear turn fold. Couldn't it be that MP2 is just waiting until the turn to protect a hand that he is getting odds to call with on the turn? a lone jack or queen maybe (could also be trips of course)? Hero probably has UTG+2 beat unless he has QQ.. Hero is getting 2 - 11 here, is it really that easy to let Aces go?

MP2 is probably just as afraid of the clubs as Hero is
