Yes, I own this monitor. It is most certainly a nice monitor. I also play games occasionally and it works well for that too. I've heard some reports saying it uses the same panel as the 2001FP but I'm not sure.

Also, Dell was running this deal a couple days ago and when I posted it here it ended up getting deleted. No idea why.

I have this same monitor, I love it. No problems, no dead pixels. I paid a bit more, but maybe now since the prices have dropped I may get another one.
