bonus whoring for the mid-limit player

This is a question geared towards the mid-limit and high-limit players.

Bonuses are a great way for lower limit players to build a bankroll. However, I'm sure for a lot of the higher-limit players signing up for $100 somewhere may not be worth the logistics.
How do you higher limit players approach bonus whoring? Do you only play for a bonus? Do you abandon them altogether and look only for rakeback?
What about 100% rakeback and prop deals? Sites like bodog (bottomless) and gamesgrid (1000%)?

Speaking for myself, rakeback is much more important. If Party or Empire does a reload then I do the transfer and clear it during my normal play. Other than that I don't bother.
