If you are talking about poker bonuses then the only one that requires a deposit each month that I am aware of is Interpoker. I don't play Ritz so I don't know about it. I do know that I have cleared both Plex and UK in recent months without having to make a deposit during the month.

Cleared my Poker Plex bonus on the 31st before midnight Eastern Standard Time, never gave it to me. Called them up, said they were having problems with the software that could tell me how many raked hands I played. Looked at my log, played about 900 hands between .50/1 and 1/2. Sort of annoying.

FWIW - Poker Plex states on their website that the 300 hands must be played at $1-$2 Limit or higher of $0.50-$1 NL or higher.

Of course, we all know that it says 300 raked hands and it is really 300 DEALT hands, so I don't know if the above paragraph is true in practice.

You forgot TotalBet. And as mentioned already none of these require a deposit except for InterPoker.

Why go out of your way to post information that wasn't asked for when you don't even know what you're talking about?
