I'm in the middle of 7 SnG's and party/empire just cut out, same result for a friend of mine... anyone else experiencing this? How do they resolve SnG's... chop up prize pool for remaining players?

Yep, there's a thread in the Zoo about it.

Does anyone know if I should stay in my SnGs or should I just bail?

They chop it amongst the remaining players, and kick back the rake.

I've had this happen before. If I remember correctly, they divide up the prize pool evenly among the remaining players. Which sucks for me cuz I just doubled up on the 5th hand of the tournament.

Whenever this has happened to me before that have divided the prize pool among the remaining players without any prodding on my part.

Just got this note:

Dealer: Sorry, this tournament is cancelled due to technical difficulties. Your money will be refunded. Please play at another table. If you have questions or concerns, please contact our customer care.
Dealer: This table is being closed for maintenance. Please try another table.

Thank goodness I'm not alone.

I'm having a horrible horrible horrible down 10 buy-in night by losing nearly (seriously, almost all of them) all-in bubble situations. The majority of which I was the favorite. And then this...

* REAL MONEY GAMES: Each player will be refunded back the exact amount of money he or she had at the start of the hand at the time of cancellation.
* PLAY MONEY GAMES: Each player will be refunded the exact amount of chips he or she had bought in when he or she took the seat at the table. This is done because we do not record ALL play money hand information.
* SIT & GO SINGLE-TABLE TOURNAMENTS: If a Tournament is cancelled due to technical issues, any Player who was eliminated prior to this time will lose his or her buy-in and entry fee. The remaining Players will be refunded their Buy-ins and Entry fees and will equally divide up the Buy-in monies from the Players already eliminated, regardless of the chip standing when the tournament was halted.
* SIT & GO MULTI-TABLE TOURNAMENTS: If a Tournament is cancelled due to technical issues the following refund policy will be implemented: Eliminated Players at time of cancellation will not be refunded their Buy-In (Amount which goes to the Prize Pool) or Entry Fee (Amount the house takes).

Players still in the tournament at time of cancellation will be refunded as follows:
1. Prize money equal to the amount that would have been awarded to the next player getting eliminated from the MTCT will be awarded to all the players still in the tournament at the time of cancellation.
2. Of the balance Prize Pool left awarding as per point 1, 50% of the remaining Prize Pool will be distributed equally between all players still in the tournament at the time of cancellation and 50% of remaining Prize Pool will be distributed on a percentage basis at time of cancellation based on their chip count.
3. Their entry fee. (For ex. $3 in a $30+$3 tournament).
* MULTI TABLE TOURNAMENTS: If a Tournament is cancelled due to technical issues the following refund policy will be implemented: Eliminated Players at time of cancellation will not be refunded their Buy-In (Amount which goes to the Prize Pool) or Entry Fee (Amount the house takes).

Yeah, it's down for me, and I just opened up four tables. /images/graemlins/frown.gif

I wrote them an e-mail.

I suggest everyone do it, and maybe link this thread, which I wish I had seen, so they don't try to brush us off one by one, but realize it's a known problem they have to make right.

Don't worry they will give you your money, I'm still pissed I almost had a 6 itm streak going, I had 2,4,1,2, heads-up with 8k, 4 handed with 3600...CRASH, still a great set but I will only get 1330 for the crashes and my $ev had to be much much higher.

Nice, I still had 7 of a set of 8 running, I was pretty crippled and just barely hanging on in a couple, and wasn't much above 1,000 in any of them. So...it's not all stories of bad timing for this to happen... /images/graemlins/smirk.gif
