Looks fine. IMHO, this would be a very difficult hand to play incorrectly.

I think I like check/call on the turn. 14 clean outs but should be discounted for a bigger flush AND the bigger straight which arrived on the turn.
Whether you discount or not - calling a CO raise to go heads up (or 3 way) is less EV than calling a bet.
