Villain is pretty bad, but not awful. AF around 2, a little loose both pre- and postflop. He doesn't raise often enough preflop, only 4%, so I can be fairly certain he has AA-QQ here.

Check-call if you're sure he has AA-QQ. He's not going to call if he has KK or QQ, and will raise if he has AA.
