But only because it works so well.

When/how is your favorite time to bluff?

Check-raise bluffs are my most profitable move. It allows you to steal pots from out of position. Most NL25 players don't expect a check-raise bluff and will not call you with much less than the nuts.

on what streets do you most often do this?

I usually do it on the flop then lead the turn if the board was draw heavy and one person called, or on the turn and then lead the river if the same as before applied. I like to have at least one street left to work with though.

Yeah, I do this sometimes, but occasionally struggle as to how much to bet. I usually go 1.5-2x the pot. ANyone have different views.

I usually raise as a factor of the bet... from 2-4x depending on how big it was in relation to the pot.

Hero Q /images/graemlins/heart.gifJ /images/graemlins/heart.gif
Villian raises to $2.5, hero calls
Flop A, 7, 10...one heart
Hero checks, villian bets 4, hero calls 4.
Turn is another ace...second heart.
Hero checks, villian bets 6, hero minraises to 12
Villian thinks...types "I'm folding kings"..folds
Hero shows.

I like your play, but I can't blame villain for folding there.
