I don't know about Firepay in particular, but can't you just play on $500 for a while until you're cleared for the rest?

You could try using Neteller, I think they have a much larger cap on what you can deposit.

If you have to use Firepay, just do it increments (over a couple days). The more you deposit large sums the more you're max deposit goes up.

If you can't wait that long I'd suggest e-mailing Firepay.
