Curious to know how others would play this. If this is really standard I apologize, but someone please let me know if that's the case.

The pre-flop raise is a no-brainer on the button (right?). I cannot fathom folding to a check-raise on this flop, but at the same time there are a lot of cards I don't want to see on the turn. Better to check and hope he takes a stab on the turn? Bet the pot and make a decision on the turn? I felt a pot bet would be committing and anything less is offering proper odds for many drawing hands that he might be holding.
