Aspirin would be my favorite or close to it but I go upscale and get the enteric kind (of course Walmart's generic kind is cheap). Enteric is coated so it melts in your intestine rather than your stomach, thus spreading out the likely spots ulcers will develop.

After run of the mill cigarettes, I'd have to go with heroin. Playing poker after shooting up is an experience every player should have once.

Of course, I've never smoked or used heroin. The previous statement is mere conjecture.

1st coffee, 2nd nicotine gum (I might smoke a real cigar on New Years), 3rd occasional alcohol. That's it, nothing else, no aspirin, tylenol, herbs or anything, especially that illegal stuff, and I am working on eliminating the first three. I sometimes use certain homeopathic remedies, but I don't know if I would classify that as a drug, if so make that 4 things. Pretty boring, huh?
