strictly speaking they are committing a terrorist act and can be declared an enemy combatant and tried and executed in secret.

btw homeland security doesnt activate until march i think.

heres the scenario:

war in iraq, saddam killed (this is important as he has blackmail info, look in news about his 10,000 page document release and what happened, (basically US sanitized it to protect US corporate and political interests) )

then nukes or bios go off in US blamed on saddam.

after that its bye bye constitution hello military protect us dissent=treason.
