Need help with Absolute code

This month I got a letter in the mail with a credit-card like card saying "Absolute Rewards" on it. On the bottom of the letter, I got two coupons, one of them claiming they will pay back the buyin fee of a 7card stud or omaha tournament for me once I send them an email containing their code. However.... I lost that letter - so what should I do now? Does anyone have that code or should I just email them explaining my situation?
