Button could be betting anything. Reads?

I would probably bet the pot.

Well, let's think about this.

AJ could be out there, 77, AT, etc.

He is a big stack, so he might raise AJs and ATs.

I'm going with ATs here.

Anyways, your jack outs are most likely counterfeited, so your strongest outs are your queens and hearts.

I think I bet the turn here. There is a good chance he is also on a drawing hand or simply has any K.

It might be a little weak but I'm folding to the flop bet. If the 9h was the Jh it would make calling a little more enticing. After that I'm check/folding unless I hit something big.

I'd also fold this pre-flop with just one limper. A second limper makes completly more reasonable imo. When I get in the 600 chip range I get really tight about leaking any chips. When level 3 comes around and I haven't hit a playable hand I want to be as close to 700 as possible since I start to feel uneasy under 600.

Would you really bet over a 1/3rd of your stack off here?

I think you're getting way too tricky trying to put villian on a hand. Hero doesn't have the chips to play around with here and is more than doubled by villian. I think being tight-weak is a good thing in this hand.
