Hi! How do you know when the crypto hourly bonus clears? Is it instant or does it take a while? PT says I've played for 5.9 table hours, but I don't think it's been credited to my account yet. I'm pretty sure the bonus is supposed to be 5 pounds per hour...

I didn't put a deposite code or anything when I signed up tonight. Was I supposed to (I'm guessing no)?

Just had a thought... Do they update your account balance every hour? By that I mean do they just give you approximately 10 dollars per hour and add it to your roll there? Thanks for the help.

Crypto bonuses are credited when you leave the table. If you playing two tables for example, when you leave one and you have passed the required hand threshhold, you will be credited with the bonus. Same goes for the hourly bonuses. For William Hill you can see your hourly bonuses being credited in your account statement. For UKBetting and Total Bet, you will receive emails for each hour credited within the next day or so. Good luck.......

Ok, ok, there must be a reasonable explanation...

Table hours: a little over 10 (twice the required amount for the 25 pound bonus)

Balance: GBP 148.06
Withdrawal Limit: GBP 123.06

W T F ?

Does anyone know what is going on? ukbetting btw...

UKBetting has a poker bonus and a casino bonus. You can never clear the casino bonus playing poker. It is risk free so go to their casino and gamble the 25 pounds until you clear it(1000 pound wagering requirement I believe) or you lose it. Good luck......

Huh.

So does this mean I already received the poker bonus?

And if I decide to give the casino a try, do I have to transfer some of my poker money over there, or is it completely separate?

Again, when you leave a poker table you are credited with your bonii on the Cryptos. I would assume if you played over 10 hours, you will be credited or have been already. You need to exit the poker program to play in their casino, but the poker money does play there(same bankroll).
