What do people do in this situation? I've had two hands with two pair and people beeting into me. Is there so guideline I should know?

The stop-n-go kind of makes me nervous. I probably call the turn and play the river like you did. I think you're either behind an overpair or trips.

I probably play it the same depdending on your read on SB. With no read the line is good. He could be betting and raising with an 8 after a blank hit, or he could be continuing his aggression with a J.

Call the turn bet and bet the river if checked to. Don't find out if he has a J or not.

Flop was fine, amazing that UTG folded there, but great for you.

I would not raise the turn, only call. River is perfect.

for one dont say you have 2 pair when there is a pair on the board, since it's MUCH weaker than 2 different cards in your hand pairing up on the flop. i like the flop raise but when im bet into on the turn again I think I call instead of raising and giving him the option to 3bet me. easy river raise now.

Nice hand. Lucky that you caught the ten. I'm not sure if about your turn raise.

Spike a ten on the river. /images/graemlins/blush.gif

That is a very weird line the SB is taking there. Stop and go on a brick? I would say that he probably has a J and he does not know how to checkraise (or thinks that it is too cheap). Just call down from there. This is heads up now and I do not think you are ahead >55% of the time, so value raising is silly.
