Blinds are .25/.50. Most people buy in for 50k. The standard open-raise is $200. Wouldn't optimal strategy be to only play aces against a raise and reraise all-in?

If you're playing against 9 Phil Iveys then maybe.

You are probably misapplying some concept here.

any game where open raise is 4Kbb is easily beatable...if ur appropriately bank rolled then buy in as much as possible so you can take their money as fast as possible...if you wanna buy in around 5K (short...lol) then u should repush ne hand that beats the majority of preflop raisers holdings as you have 0 fold equity anyway.

you're kind of correct. if you mean "is this strategy always a winning or breakeven one?" then the answer is yes. if the villain brings in every hand for 400bb's then you're obviously losing value folding KK etc.

the interesting thing would be to examine the size of bringin before folding all but AA could not be a winning strategy. i'd assume its something on the order of (bb/10)*220 or a ~22xBB opener, assuming someone always opens or will open and you can make such a play with your aces.
