Looking for article

I think it was Ray Zee who wrote an article in the January issue about phases that players go through (at least that's the part of the article I remember). Something to the effect that starting players play tight, and then as you play you more you go into a second stage where you loosen up.

Can anyone verify that it was in January and Ray Zee was the author? And if I'm interested in getting a copy, I should PM him?
