quick rakeback question

Stupid question: friend of a friend is offering a 25% rakeback on eurobet skin. is that reasonable?

I looked around the site and rakebackreview and it looked okay, but I'm on dialup right now so it's hard to do an in-depth comparison.

If someone could drop me a line, it'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks
