Normally this is a very standard (and effective) move for me, but should I try this in level 4? Or should I wait until later levels where the blinds are worth it more?

I think the case more often than not is that weak SB has a average-above average holding and is just looking to see a cheap flop. As always, reads and table images should always be taken into consideration.
