See my other post. Can't fold turn, gettting enough on the river to call.

jacob, I see the turn call but what is the river called based on "getting enough to call" mean? Looks like he is getting approx 4:1 and unless you think he is bluffing seems like that is not really enough to call on numbers only?

On the river, he's getting 9.75-1 to call, not 4-1.

ah yes, my miss read. So is roughly 10:1 the general rule for calling down on river in these circumsatnces? that is if he bluffs 1 in 11 you break even?

Paying off is part of the game, it's not a mistake. If the pot were smaller you could fold this though because the rock has you beat 90% of the time.
