I am 90% sure late position will bet if checked to. Is this how most of you would play this?

If you're 90% sure LP will bet, then I like it -- but barring such a read, I lead out here.

Best case IMO is if you can lead, he raises, and you push -- but if you can't count on him raising, I like the c/r.

What do you put Villain on.. could he have had FD too?
