I am looking at getting another poker book and wondering which of the below you would recommend:
(1)Psychology of Poker by Schoomaker
(2)Championship Sattelite Strat by McEvoy
(3) Internet Poker by lou Kreiger
(4) Fundamentals of poker by Lynne Loomis
(5) Holdem Poker by Gary Carson

I have read a number of others Like TOP, SSH, Holdem for Adv Players, Super System, WLLH, Caro's Book of tells, NL Texas Holdem, Play Poker like the pros, Harrington on Holdem, Winning 7 card stud, and a few others.

A. It depends on what game you are looking to learn about. Here are some books that you should start with:

Theory of Poker by David Sklansky
Small Stakes Hold'em by Ed Miller
Super System by Doyle Brunson
Hold'em Excellence by Lou Krieger

These are books that you should read if you are an advanced player:

Harrington on Hold'em by Dan Harrington
Super System 2 by Doyle Brunson
Tournament Poker for Advanced Players by David Sklansky

Here are some other poker books I've read:

More Hold'em Excellence by Lou Krieger
Playing Poker Like the Pros by Phil Hellmuth
Winner's Guide to Texas Hold'em by Ken Warren

Here are some random non-poker strategy books that you should read:

Art of War by Sun Tzu
The Biggest Game in Town by Al Alvarez
Positively Fifth Street by James McManus
An Actor Prepares by Stanislavski
The Tao of Poker by Larry W. Phillips
Zen and the Art of Poker by Larry W. Phillips

GAME THEORY: Optional = "Fun And Games" by Ken Binmore

I'd pass on all of those. Dr. Al's book is okay, but not necessary. You might want to look at the 2+2 split game book by Ray Zee.

Thanks guys. I was going to use some of my FFPs from poker Stars to get a book vs clothing etc etc. Dont want to get the books just because they dont cost me $$$. I did think the Ray Zee books looked pretty good so I may just buy it anyways. Not seeing any overwhelming enthusiasim on my list of reads like "this is a great book"
