The only way to answer this is if you have any idea of the range of hands which the CO will limp with preflop. At the 215's when the BB is 200 it quite often means a monster, but i don't know about if the same is true at the 55.

If you think he is weak you can push preflop or get the money in on the flop.

I agree. That's probably the main thing I was worried about here.
