I have a tape deck.

Right now I have it tuned to 97.7 FM, WBCR - low power community radio in the Berkshires.

Before that I was enjoying some 7th grade memories with the Suicide Machines - Destruction by Definition.

I usually only listen to music on the computer so that's a bunch of stuff. I listen to the Rolling Stones (forty licks cd 1), Beatles (One), John Mayer (Heavier Things), Jack Johnson (Brushfire Fairytales), and this song by the Shins called "Know your Onion." I would listen to more of the Shins, but thsi comp only has that song and I can't dl here.

How you like thisa CD? Methinks it's lacking in truly great songs. Nothing that can compare to some of the songs on her majesty and castaways and cutouts, like the soldiering life, legionnaire's lament, odalisque and such. All the songs are nice, but not really extraordinary.

It's a pop group with great song writing skills with some folksy influences sort of, fun instruments like accordion and electric organ, and nice lyrics about soldiers and legionnaires and chimney sweeps.
I actually found them on this forum, so that explains it a little.

It's okay. I think that the first two tracks are great but then it's mediocre after that. I just got it recently and am in a big The Decemberists phase right now.

Brilliant!

I have 6disc in my car, and I tend to populate it by randomly picking the burned cds I have in the turnk and putting 6 in at a time. I'm not positive this is right, but I'll guess.

1. Wyclef Jean - Masquerade
2. Brand New - Both CDs (Your Favorite Weapon and Deja Entendu)
3. Jimmy Eat World - Futures
4. Sugarcult - Palm Trees and Power Lines + Saosin - Translating the Name
5. Jay-Z - The Blueprint
6. 311 - Music
