Is there a site of choice to play SnGs?

I've dabbled in SnGs in the past but decided to focus on limit poker instead. I don't enjoy limit or NL ring games that much.
I've always had a blast playing SnGs and want to make them my main game from now on.

I currently play on EmpirePoker. Should I remain there or is pokerstars the place to play at?
I've played at both sites in the past. Could someone explain if one site is higher EV then the other.

Also are those 6handed SnGs at pokerstars worthwhile trying to beat or do you prefer the normal 10 handed?

I've only really played the party skin sngs, but I really like them because they are shorter and I have just gotten used to the small stacks and style with the blinds. And there seems to be a lot of fish, but I think that is true with most sites.
