Villain was a 16/13 over ~200 hands.

I wanted to fold the turn UI, but I just could not do it and wanted to call down. My question is, should I have folded the turn?

This is fine- I wouldn't fold the turn just because I feel like your outs, along with him sometimes giving you a free showdown make it a call. If he bets the river, use your judgement and read on the player. You list his preflop stats but some postflop reads would help here.

No way do I fold top pair. All I saw was a TAG PFR in a 3-way pot forcing out the button.
