$1/2 - Hero is MP, BB is TAP

Pre-Flop: Q /images/graemlins/diamond.gif J /images/graemlins/diamond.gif
1 fold, UTG+1 calls, 1 fold, Hero calls, 1 fold, MP+2 calls, CO calls, 1 fold, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: (6 SB) 3 /images/graemlins/spade.gif Q /images/graemlins/club.gif 4 /images/graemlins/diamond.gif
SB checks, BB checks, UTG+1 checks, Hero bets, MP+2 folds, CO calls, SB folds, BB calls, UTG+1 folds.

Turn: (4.5 BB) 2 /images/graemlins/spade.gif
BB checks, Hero bets, CO calls, BB raises, Hero calls, CO calls.

River: (10.5 BB) 9 /images/graemlins/spade.gif
BB bets, Hero calls, CO folds.

Would you have folded the turn or river? You're not supposed to fold to one river bet when the pot is over 10 BB, but I'm pretty sure he doesn't have a queen and there's really nothing else he could be raising with but two pair or better. And there is someone left to act behind me.

Well, if BB is really is passive like you say, then the only hands he'll raise on the turn are hands that beat you. Therefore, you can call his turn bet and fold the river unimproved if you like. However, if the board pairs, you can call ('cause your hand has improved to what could possibly be a better two pair), and if the river is a Q or J, I would raise.
